Summer Stuff to do with Kids

I have pretty much been healing all summer from child birth, broken arm, surgery.. it just keeps getting better! I have yet to start a great exercise routine because when one dr. tells me I can, another one tells me I can't.  SO we've been doing some fun summer stuff with the kids. Here's a list of things we've done and some we haven't yet:

Elephant Toothpaste
I Spy Bottle 
Time out Bottles
Hand Print Tree

Elephant Toothpaste, We just had regular over the counter hydrogen peroxide, but it still worked.

Made it into the newspaper at the kick-off for reading library shin-dig. They are on the ride behind the main guy. 


Food.

This is why I hate "dieting" I become obsessed with food. I like food. Yes.  But obsession is never good. I need a hobby.

Also on this weeks to do list:

1. Find a hobby.

This weeks weight goals:

It may seem weird I am starting my "week" on a Thursday night, but I just ate a several pounds  pieces of twizzlers and am feeling guilty about it SO, This weeks weight goals:

1. track everything I eat.
2. get rid of junk food or tell Mr. R to hide it.
3. Exercise. *this one may be tricky as I just had surgery on Tuesday, but I feel like I need to put it on here so I can develop good habits.
4. Post "before" picture of myself on blog so I can see a visual difference in myself in a few weeks.

I have THREE children!

After one of the hardest summers (and it's not even over yet) I have three beautiful children, a new appreciation for physical therapists, and more faith and trust in my Father in Heaven.
