Lettuce Wraps

4 T teriyaki sauce
2T White rice vinegar
2T honey
1 tsp corn starch
½-1 tps crushed red pepper

4 tsp Sesame oil
2-3 chicken breasts
4 T grated peeled ginger
2 Cloves of garlic
½ C green onions

1 ½ cups grated carrots
1 cup bean sprouts
1 Cup snow peas Cut Lengthwise
1C mushrooms
¼ C toasted almonds

Bib Lettuce 

 Mix Teriyaki sauce, vinegar, honey, corn starch and pepper in a medium sized bowl.
place cubed chicken in Teriyaki mixture and marinade 30 min-1 hour (or don't if you're in a hurry).
Saute Garlic, Onions, and ginger in Wok or large frying pan. Add Chicken.
When Chicken is cooked through add vegetables. Sprinkle Almonds.  
Serve by spooning Chicken mixture into the lettuce.
